Daniel "Dan" Stafford

Daniel “Dan” Stafford, 68, of Indianapolis, passed away April 25, 2021. He was born on July 16, 1952 in Indianapolis to the late Donald and Marjorie Stafford.

Specializing in intricate woodworking, Dan was a finish carpenter for most of his life. Dan was quite an accomplished bass fisherman; he enjoyed competing in Bass Fishing Tournaments. You never knew what prize Dan would bring home from a tournament, life jackets, trolling motors, or even boats, but he usually came home with something for the family. Dan owned many Labrador Retrievers throughout his life; his beloved lab, Dixie survives.

Dan is survived by his loving wife, Marlene Stafford; daughter, Dana M. Fondren; son, Daniel R. Stafford; grandchildren, Brianna Stafford and Ryan Fondren; sister, Kathy Urshan; brothers, Donald and Douglas Stafford; and many nieces and nephews.
