The Loving, kind, thoughtful, free spirited, giving, selfless, and always “Happy”, Susan Elaine O’Connor (Mamaw Susie) died Monday, May 30, 2022, in Dublin Ohio surrounded by her family. Her greatest happiness was helping others and making them happy.
She was born on May 23, 1960, in Rushville, Indiana to Phillip Darrell and Martha Jane Renfro Whitaker.
When she lived in Seymour she always had everyone over to enjoy her home and pool. She loved keeping family connected.
Susan loved her outdoor porch time, sipping a cup of coffee, sitting in the sun with a light breeze, listening to the birds and her music and enjoying a cigarette or two.
She loved anything that involved her grandchildren. She enjoyed the past few years as she recently moved to Ohio to be closer to her son and grandchildren. Being able to cook meals with her son or watch a favorite drama shows with her daughter-in-law brought her happiness. Susan enjoyed her talks with her grandchildren, being able to watch them play sports. She loved being involved in her granddaughters wedding activities.
