Kathy Ann Layne

Kathy Ann Layne, 68, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis. Born October 17, 1950 in Indianapolis, Kathy was the daughter of Harry F. and Jane (Shirey) Layne; both of her parents preceded her in death.

Kathy was a graduate of Our Lady of Grace High School and a member of St. Mark Catholic Church. She worked as a manager in accounts receivable for the Franciscan St. Francis Health System for over 30 years; she retired 2016.

Survivors include her significant other, Steve Roszel of Indianapolis; her brother, Robert (Cindy) Layne of Florida; her sister, Diane (Gary) Chastain of Elkhart, Indiana; her nephew, Jay Paul Grubbs of Indianapolis; one niece, Emily (Adam) Timmins of Noblesville; and her great niece Lily Timmins.

A graveside service will be conducted on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery, 435 W. Troy Avenue, Indianapolis. Final care and cremation arrangements are entrusted to the Daniel F.
