Charles E. Gregory, Jr.

Charles E. Gregory, Jr. Indianapolis, passed away December 12, 2021. He was born on March 14, 1929, in Indianapolis to the late Charles E. and Marie (Ruggiere) Gregory.

Charles was a graduate of Arsenal Tech High School and attended Butler University. He spent his career as a sales representative, specializing in Industrial Fasteners , covering most of Indiana, and parts of Illinois. Charles was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church, and had a passion for all Indy Car Racing especially the Indianapolis 500. He was a Master Modeler of WWI and WWII airplanes; many carved of Balsa Wood.

Besides his parents Charles was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years Betty J. (Snoddy) Gregory; and sisters Patricia Mascari and Mary Boller. He is survived by his children, Anthony M. (Pam) Gregory, Rebecca Gregory-Chifos, and James P. Gregory; grandchildren Apryl Binuya, and Amanda Weilhammer; 3 Great Grandchildren; brother, John Gregory and dearest family friend Carolyn Iaria Bundy.

Visitation will be held Tuesday December 21, 2021 from 10:00-11:00 AM at St. Mark Catholic Church, 535 E. Edgewood Ave. Indianapolis, Indiana 46227, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in the Church. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, a mercy meal at St Mark Catholic Church will follow burial. Memorial contributions may be made to the Elephant Sanctuary Box 393 Hohenwald, TN 38462 or St. Mark Parish Endowment Fund, 535 E. Edgewood Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46227.
