Michael J. Moerlins

Michael J. Moerlins, 57, Camby, passed away November 7, 2020. Mike was born May 8, 1963, in Dusseldorf, Germany. He was preceded in death by his adoptive father, John Moerlins.

Mike was a hard worker - roofing for many years until an injury prevented him from continuing to work. He always enjoyed a cold beer, playing darts and bowling. Family was important to Mike. He loved to spend time with his only son, Nick and his grandson, Vinny. He also enjoyed listening to rock & roll music. Mike had a great sense of humor and loved to make others laugh. He will be remembered for his devotion to his family and for his favorite saying, "Chop Chop".

Survivors include his son, Nicholas Moerlins (Kailee Perrine); adoptive mother, Audrey Moerlins; brother, Thomas Moerlins; sister, Jean Kearns; grandson, Vinny Moerlins; special cousin, Steve Skroski.
