Robert "Robbie" Steven Kidwell

Beloved son of Susie Kidwell and Steve Kidwell, Robert "Robbie" Kidwell, passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. Robbie was a lifelong resident of the Indianapolis southside graduating from Southport High School in 2003.

Robbie enjoyed cooking for his family, enjoyed playing video games, and enjoyed eating ramen with his mother whenever time allowed.  Robbie was a loyal employee of Meijer off of Southport Rd for over 22 years.

Robbie will be remembered for his kind heart and soul, being a child at heart, his love for his family and all 4-legged creatures.

Robbie is preceded in death by both maternal and paternal grandparents, an aunt, Teresa Lorenzano, and an uncle, Gary Kidwell. Robbie is survived by his parents, Susie Kidwell and Steven (Fabiane) Kidwell, siblings, Paige (Grant) Kidwell and Danny  (Shannon) Kidwell, aunts and uncles, Brenda (Sam) Adams, Charlotte Rabadi (Kidwell), and Marilyn (Frank) Hummel, Steve (Angela) Passehl, cousins Maria (James) Stumpf and Lisa (Shawn) McKain and partner John "JD" Hancock, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended cousins of his family that Robbie loved and adored. 

A Life Celebration® visitation for Robbie will be on Saturday, March 2, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at O’Riley-Branson Funeral Service and Crematory, 6107 S. East Street, Indianapolis, IN 46227.  Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM.  Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Greenwood, Indiana.
